Corporate Sales Executive

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹20,000/month + Incentives + Travel Allowance

Job Summary

Nexa Core HR Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a confident, energetic and target-oriented Corporate Sales Executive to develop new corporate clients and promote our HR Consulting & Recruitment services.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate potential corporate leads through field visits, cold calling, networking and other channels.
• Meet HR Managers, HR Heads, Business Owners and key decision-makers.
• Present and pitch the company’s recruitment and HR consultancy services.
• Build and maintain strong corporate client relationships.
• Follow up with prospects and convert leads into successful business tie-ups.
• Coordinate with the recruitment team to understand and fulfil client requirements.
• Maintain regular sales follow-ups and achieve assigned monthly business development targets.

Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English, Hindi and Bengali.
• Confident in client meetings, presentations and negotiations.
• Comfortable with field visits and corporate meetings.
• Self-motivated, professional and target-oriented.
• Freshers with a strong interest in Corporate Sales & Business Development are welcome.
• Experience in B2B Sales, Corporate Sales, Field Sales or Business Development will be an advantage.
